I was traveling with a friend, my daughter and my 2 young grandsons. We rented 2 rooms which gave us plenty of room. The rooms had everything I would expect as well as several “extras” like a fresh fruit bowl and 2 large bottles of water which were appreciated. The rooms were warm and toasty when arrived.

Amazing location right in the main square, nice restaurant - the breakfast buffet was great and I had an amazing schnitzel, friendly staff and dog-friendly (our dog had a great time and the staff were so nice with him - they even gave us dog bowls and a blanket to use during our stay)

We stayed in one of the rooms that was dog-friendly and room smelled like dog upon arrival - but I guess that’s how it is when you stay in the dog-friendly room, it didn’t bother us too much.

Great place. Very tidy and had everything you might need during your stay. Its a hotel-like small apartment (in a good sense) and the check-in check-out system without staff and with a code was absolutely perfect for me (checking in a bit late).

Very quiet hotel and a good location with rail connectivity to Cologne and other areas. Very friendly staff and good facilities, as well as ample restaurants and supermarkets in walking distance. Great breakfast buffet.

Changed rooms for a double bed, wifi router was very dodgy in new room, normally fast and good in the whole hotel.

We were able to enjoy a peaceful quiet evening looking at the canal with our window wide open after the thunderstorm because the restaurant across from the hotel closed early due to the thunderstorm.

The “room” was of an amazing size - the whole ground floor of a section of the hotel! The buffet breakfast (although not cheap) was superb.

The only thing that I liked was that the check in went smoothly. Only the fact that we needed to pay the city tax in cash was bothering me.

The complete apartment was not how it is shown in the pictures. It looks a lot nicer in the pictures than in reality. Also the location of the hotel is next to a refugee shelter which didn't give us a very safe feeling. Also please note that the door towards the apartment closes with a bang! That sound also echoes in the hallway. Please do something about this! Because of this we couldn't sleep when somebody closed the door at night!
