Could have been some parking facility, but other than that everything was excellent

Great place. Very tidy and had everything you might need during your stay. Its a hotel-like small apartment (in a good sense) and the check-in check-out system without staff and with a code was absolutely perfect for me (checking in a bit late).

After initially being unsure how the online communication would work it was very good and the room was excellent. Great location but you do need to find carparking garages before travelling ideally.

There were not enough outlets. Even though there was a fan, there was no place to plug it in near the bed as the only other outlet was taken up by our device charger. We tried to plug it in where the TV was, but the plug kept falling out of the socket. This would not prevent us from staying here again, however.

The room was conveniently located near the train station on a quiet street. It was easy to get to Aachen Cathedral and other historic sights.

I booked two rooms but wasn’t told at the time of booking they had to be in different names so when we got there we only had entry code details for one of them. It was quite complicated to get the information for the other.

- The door of the bathroom can't be locked in room 107. Not an issue for me as I was by myself, but this can be a problem for others. - The curtains can't be closed in such a way that it blocks the entire view from outside. The roller shutter didn't work either. - During my second night, there were people throwing a party all night in the room adjacent to mine (the room to the left when you look out from the window), making jungle and monkey sounds. This took away a sense of safety because there is no security on site. These guests should be blacklisted.

Only one thing, it listed a washing machine on the list of facilities but I couldn’t find one in the building anywhere.

Great stay, convenient location to the station, comfy bed/couch, great size unit. Very clean and good value for money. Super easy to find and use code to get in.

The price was very high but I assume this is supply/demand due to the Christmas markets. The coffee was unlabeled so we didn’t know if a decaffeinated coffee was available or not. Suite was next to the main entrance door which created noise. Fortunately not too disturbing but we heard everyone’s comings and goings.

Very convenient location: 5 mins to the train station and 15 mins to the Aachen Cathedral. Suite was very clean and had all amenities one could hope for. The shower was great, towels and linens were soft.

Misleading about having a parking (shows up when using the parking filter but it's just the public paid parking). Check-in instructions unclear (had to provide more ID's, selfie by email after calling multiple times to figure out why they wouldn't check-us in).

We got the check-in code as expected but we had bicycles to store and nobody to ask how/where to do that. We ended up bringing them to the room which worked well since the room was so large. The listing also had "laundry" as an amenity but we never gained access to the machines even after going back and forth over WhatsApp with the rental agency.

This apartment was spacious and light-filled. The small kitchen area was useful and well-equipped. We liked this place so much we added a second night stay. This was our first stay with host-less check-in which has it's ups and downs.

The outer shutters do not work and the curtains are not wide enough to block out all the light, mattress needs replacing as there is quite a large dip on the side of the bed I slept, the bathroom smelt I’m not sure why but as long as you keep the extractor on it works to get rid of the smell but maybe one of the drains need clearing. The soap was nice and says it is organic but it is quite strong smelling. And check in could be earlier in the day as people trying to get changed or in a rush the day they arrive it limits them to only checking in the afternoon.

Neighbors were a bit noisy some nights, banging the entrance door. For a good sleeper it might not be a problem though.

The property is located just 15min walk from the central square. It was clean, well equipped kitchen. The shower is big enough and recent. Windows have rolling down shades, so it is possible to sleep in the dark. The bed was comfy.

The beds were comfortable but maybe just a little too soft. This can be my personal preference though because I get back aches very easily

Great location on just a couple of minutes walking from the Central Station. Easy to find and easy to enter through the code provided after online check in. Nice and quiet place in a pretty busy and noisy city. Everything you need is provided in the apartment and there is also a small kitchen area, which is very convenient. Also the WiFi was very good - no problems accessing it and a very fast internet connection
