The bed padding on the wall at the head of the bed showed stains from the prior visitor(s) in spicy positions. Also not the best location, nothing is really near.

The value for money is amazing. Such a large and beautiful room for such a small sum. Definitely works great for a spicy get away. The mirrors positioned opposite of the large bed were subtle :)

Poor house keeping. Breakfast not worth waking up and going down for it.

The size of the room and the large terrace. The rooms were nice and big as per European standards and had a lovely terrace.

Door closes with loud sound , wake my baby every time. Car parked on premise created a issue as someone else parked behind us , Hotel reception did not know whose car was it. Took 1 hour to remove the car before leaving. Cooking top did not work properly. Cooking utensils are limited , so are the plates and cutlery.

the hôtel is rather new and the staff was much interested in details that they could make better to improve their hosts stay. I look forward to seeing these improvements during a next visit

Room doors are closing so slow(at least mine may be), you have to use force to push it close. Otherwise, you need to wait like 3 minutes. Taps both on kitchen and toiles are not tightened. some stains on the bedlinens.

The rooms are huge, you can actually live there.. facilities are new and nice to have facilities in the kitchen. And the heat is excellent. The fridge was very clean.

The floor could be cleaner and the shower didn’t have any curtain so after very quick shower there was water everywhere and there was nothing i could clean the water with.

Friendly receptionist. I like that room was big and very modern. i could also adjust temperature in bathroom during shower what was big plus as well.

The location is not so great. Near the hotel there are not so many bars, supermarkets, etc. The access to the entrance of the hotel not so easy.

I stayed for a couple of days because I had to work near Frankfurt. The hotel is very comfortable and it offers nice facilities, but the location is the only thing I didn't find so great. There's a construction work nearby so the arrival at night, travelling with the tram, was quite difficult. Still, is not so far away from other areas in Frankfurt where there's more to do.

Really weird equipped room. It was spacious, but half empty, not even close to the pictures (I think it is only the best rooms looking like that). Area is not the best, construction works nearby and the nearest transportation 15-20 min away. In the kitchen it was just a bit of everything and stove didn’t work. You hear everything, not sound proofed. I also got the room on ground floor and when the curtains are opened everybody could see you from the street actually. I didn’t feel comfortable

The door of the room which they gave me never even opened completely. I had to stuff myself inside to enter the room. When I gave the feedback to the guy he simply said yes we checked but don’t know what to do. It was strange. First time they gave a room without a door to the toilet which was next to kitchen and now a room where the door doesn’t completely open and one has to literally stuff themselves inside.

Charging for cheap water I stayed for 10 nights and they didn't clean the floors Very noisy, you can hear everything from other rooms and from the hallway.. the doors shut with a bang so really disturbing Area is a bit sketchy, wouldn't walk around in the dark Charging 10 EUR for laundry?
