I was a little bummed they were remodeling the lobby.

It was a quiet area, for the most part up to date. Room was spacious. There were a couple of hiccups (no fault of the hotel!) while we were trying to check in but the staff went above and beyond to resolve as soon as possible, and accommodated us quickly.

The carpet needs to be shampoo cleaning. I spilled some water on the carpet and proceed to wipe it up. It was beyond filthy. Also, maids were very loud cleaning up rooms near me. Literally banging noises!

The sheet and comforter in the middle had stains the sink faucet was visibly old and stained and the toilet paper holder was rusted and the couch in the room was visibly dirty. Wish I had know the lobby was being remodeled I had a business meeting planned and had to meet at the near by Starbucks.

bathroom could have been cleaner

Wonderful place to stay. booking.com made reservations for this work trip so easy and had the best price. the rooms were nice and the air was already turned down to the lowest setting which felt amazing after traveling all day. No free breakfast, however they had a Starbucks inside. The location was amazing; right off the interstate and if you wanted to have dinner out there are a lot of choices. Walmart was less than 5 mins away too. My only complaint is that the shower wasn’t cleaned from the last person that stayed there, but I always travel with cleaning stuff for that reason. the pool was super nice and stayed open until 11pm. No hot tub/jacuzzi :( The hotel lobby was really nice.

I didn’t like how my bed was a little dirty. I only slept on one side of the bed, and the side I didn’t sleep on I could see stains on the comforter. I don’t sleep under hotel comforters anyway, but it kind of made me iffy on staying here again. I also didn’t enjoy the connected rooms. Granted a stranger couldn’t come into my room without both doors being unlocked, but I would have preferred someone telling me the rooms were connected.

The inside and outside of the hotel were really nice. Overall the hotel was clean, and the staff was amazing. It is also a really quiet hotel. I would definitely say it’s safe or nice for a family trip. I stayed there by myself and felt comfortable the entire time.

When we checked in they told us a time that the cafe would open for breakfast the next morning but when we came down for breakfast it still wasn't open. We had to leave in order to continue or travels so it was a bit inconvenient that they didn't open on time.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was so tidy and clean. Despite checking in late at night the front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

The water pressure in the sink wasn’t great and it needed updating. The shower door kept closing and they were remodeling the front dining area.

It was close to food and it was reasonably priced and the staff were nice and helpful. They provided grab and go breakfast snacks

That my husband is a veteran and no discount applies. Also toilet overflowed and my husband was the one to clean it up. Your manager Nicki parked her vehicle sometimes at entrance. Was not very social. Somedays there was coffee some not. I wasn't impressed with the raise the rate policy just because there is a college close by.

Cafe area was closed. Breakfast was just granola bars. Beds were not queen size and only full size.Ac was not cold. Could have stayed at two neighboring hotels for same price with bigger beds and better food options.
