There was no breakfast provided, so that was a lie. The rooms were dirty. The balcony had no furniture on it. The shower either had no hot water or no cold water depending on the time of day. There was a wasp nest on our balcony. The front desk told me that because we were staying for longer then 2 days they would provide housekeeping, but we would have to ask for it. The towel were small and scratchy. I would not recommend this location at all. I was worried I was going to get bed bugs. We checked out after one night there and found a different hotel.

We had a fantastic time at White Bison! Our pioneer wagon was equipped with every comfort. We cooked out on the grill, toasted smores over the fire pit, and they even had a basketball and court so my teen could burn off some energy. Some of the property is under construction, so the view is what it is. We would absolutely stay here again!

Check-in was quick and staff very polite. The bed was comfortable but not fabulous. A refrig was available! Shower was wonderful but the bathroom didn't have ventilation. Transportation to/from Detroit Metro was fast and frequent. Check-out was also very fast with incredibly pleasant staff at 5:30am.

Wifi was not fast; No good food options on site. For the room price I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included. The air handler ran almost non-stop and wasn't quiet. The view out the window was into the parking lot and car headlights.

Very clean and well stocked place, that's comfy with beautiful decor! Beach is very close, with nice patio overlooking the bay and close to the pool. Great stay!

The beds were a little harder than we typically like, but Justin stocked us up with nice fluffy pillows after we mentioned it to him! We also found it hard to warm up leftovers since the dishes we checked weren't recommended for microwave. We bought a glass plate and just left it there, so not a huge issue :)

Location was good for wedding we were attending. Cooking facilities good. Close to two grocery stores (Publix, Winn-Dixie). Nice balcony with view of lake.

The layout felt like a prison block--concrete walkway running past doors. Got a call minutes after we arrived saying that we were partying too loud. We were three senior citizens sitting in the kitchen. The whole place just felt kind of run down.

I like the rooms, especially that the beds are situated away from the hall. They are always clean, well maintained and quiet.

I didn’t like that the Check-In desk has been moved right up to the Entrance and that it’s very small and right in the line of incoming and outgoing patrons, people trying to bring in luggage, as well as those going to the snack or coffee area. The Check-In Desk placement is HORRIBLE, and NOT WELCOMING AT ALL!

There was no shower door while showering water was coming out all over the floor. Parking was expensive and the air conditioning did not work the room was extremely hot!
