The hotel had an unpleasant smell. The hotel furnishings were dated. Breakfast was disappointing ... Only 2 kinds of muffins, or hot cereal with no milk. Only had coffee and hot chocolate packages. Disappointing

There was a plug in oil diffuser and the perfumed smell was overwhelming. We tried to air out room and put diffuser in freezer but it was over powering. I kinda got used to it, had to sleep with windows open and fan on. Partner had to leave because of a headache and slept in car for a couple hours.

Perfect location right next to the events center. Staff was friendly and accommodating. No problems checking in or out.

Girl at the front desk when we checked in acted like she didn't want to be there. She told the man behind us that if he was checking in he might want to listen to what she was saying so she didn't have to repeat herself. The kitchenette was smaller than I expected. But we only used the fridge

We left some items in the fridge when we checked out, and the girl at the front desk went and grabbed them for us. The bed was very comfortable. Girl at the front desk Saturday morning was very sweet and bubbly.

I don't think the beds are actually queen size. Seemed more like full. Lobby, halls & elevator were very dirty. Breakfast was a granola bar or muffin.

Check in was supposed to be at 3pm. I was in town for an event that started before then, so I didn’t arrive at the hotel until around 11pm. When I got there, my room wasn’t ready. EIGHT HOURS AFTER CHECK IN TIME. The front desk lady said that somehow some rooms weren’t assigned to be cleaned. I questioned why I didn’t get a call or an email about the delay so that I could have made other arrangements, but there was no real answer. I asked how long it’d take for the room to be cleaned and she stated that it’d be like 10 minutes, and since my fiancé and I were already exhausted, we decided to wait. As we were waiting in the lobby for around 20 minutes, the couple who was apparently cleaning the rooms came out of the elevator. They both looked as if they were in their pajamas. It looked totally unprofessional and it made me cautious of the cleanliness we were to expect. They only had a little basket with some cleaning supplies. No clean linens or clean towels in sight. After seeing the people who were supposed to clean the room, we decided it wasn’t worth the wait. We didn’t trust that the room was going to be truly cleaned and after waiting for so long, that was the final straw. We decided to cancel and get a refund and the front desk lady did not make it easy. It wasn’t until the assistant manager came along, that it was somewhat taken care of. It took another 2 weeks for me to actually get my refund since the hotel never confirmed it with Booking.com. I would never see myself attempting to try to stay at this hotel ever again.

It has a free breakfast of muffins, coffee and hot chocolate. We asked when the breakfast closed and they said 9:30 am. We went in at 8:00 am and there was no food available. They said their order didn't come in and they ran out of hot chocolate yesterday. Very poor excuse and they weren't even nice about it.
