The hotel exudes pragmatism, from the quick self check-in, to the check-out. I needed another night in Paris, since I had a long trip and was looking for a decent trustworthy option to stay at within the same area of the CDG airport, as I was flying the next day. After a long day in trains and plaines, I was truly exhausted when I got there. Corazón was the best at my check-in, since she helped me and made everything fast and easy for me to get to my room and rest a bit. Then, her colleague with curly hair whose name I missed, saved my life by giving her my passport —which I had left at the check-in screens! And finally,Kelvin was the cherry on the top, who was very kind at the restaurant. They made me feel back at home already. (Thank you, guys!) Together, this CitizenM staff turned the almost end of my exhausting trip, into a wonderful warm experience, along with a nice, neat and very comfortable and modern little room.

I sent my parent to this hotel for their 25th anniversary, and asked the hotel to do something extraordinary for them. And they were super delighted for the fantastic hospitality, the service and the willingness to help from the staff. The rooms were wonderful and they loved the breakfast! Would recommend NH Nice to anyone!!

Very easy access to the quays, metro and all sightseeing spots, right beside Basilica, one supermarket available near quays. Lovely property, quiet, bed rooms very comfortable for all individuals without mobility issues

Advised to get Tram C or D to Place de la Bourse for 10 minute walk to property. We found that Saint Michel was just 4 minutes walk away (makes a difference if you have luggage). Would suggest not recommending to adults with mobility issues due to spiral staircase (4 floors - no lift) and steps up to beds.
