The restaurant. Had a hot buffet meal which was absolutely dreadful. Ate hardly anything and paid over 40 euros for two.

It was, in Roissy, difficult to find the shuttle to the hotel but other than that I was satisfied.

The half-door on the bathroom shower/tub in our room was non-functional. It was impossible to take a shower without shower water splashing onto the bathroom floor. That was inconvenient & slightly dangerous. We had to pur bath towels on the floor so we wouldn’t slip on the excessive water.

The breakfast was APPALLING. No food left... Tables not cleared or cleaned. State of floor was horrendous. To pay 14.90 for a cup of coffee was a joke. Staff didn't care! Wouldn't go back even if they paid me.

Though it's woth to pay a little extra for the breakfast, there weren't enough plates/utensils.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is good with easy access to public transport to and from the airport.

The staff could be trained better. Especially a specific individual that works in the buffet. Nothing about the buffet procedure was explained or labeled. Surely the staff would know that this is a conference hotel / a hotel people stay at before and after flights. This means hotel guests are coming in and out at random and sometimes late times in the evening due to flight times / delays etc. I saw someone getting reamed out for grabbing something with their hands by a restaurant working when they said there were no tongs as the buffet was closing down. seemed totally unwarranted and their tone could be way better as this guest meant no harm, we heard them say they just came off a long flight and wanted some food. We were one of the only people left eating and it was embarrassing to witness. Hopefully the buffet employees in the evening are trained properly on how to manage guest expectations and what to do if they see something incorrect. regardless if this is a 3 star hotel or not, respect is required and was not seen here. super turned off. I’ve been treated better than this at McDonald’s

The rooms are dated, the carpet had black stains so new flooring needed, pillows were flat as anything, and the room had a weird smell to it. All needs a good refurb! I wouldn’t stay for more than one night.

The breakfast is not what I expected,you keep giving same food for someone staying for a week,I got bored but since I paid already I had no choice cos I will not get any refund,I hope they change the menu maybe thrice or twice a week

The room had a large area of rug that was sticky and dirty to the point we had to put towels down. We were too tired to complain and change room..The mini bar was stocked but with high priced items $4.00 for small water. Etc..

Price though they were published they had free shuttle but we had to pay. Also shuttle doesn't take you anywhere near your terminal and just tell you take the shuttle which was on the other end of the terminal you are dropped off at.

Bathroom wasn't as clean as I would like it to be. Room relatively small, not enough storage space / space to put a suitcase

The bed was super comfy, big and clean. Accessibility with a shuttle from the airport. The breakfast was nice as well
