I had unsatisfactory customer service on the roof as a solo traveler. It ruined the great view and did not make me want to go back up to enjoy it because the service was not good. I had to get up several times to ask for a drink grab my own menu etc.. and was told someone would come to my table for my order so I had to go to the bar again to request an order. They took priority over other groups even though I had asked for a table first.

Super clean rooms and hotel with great amenities. The rooms were very comfortable and everything was in working order. The staff for checking in was outstanding.

In the room, a wall was damaged because the paint was blown away by moisture, that does not give a good image. The pool was closed and could not be used, when I rented it that was not so clear.

I like the room, it was perfect. Breakfast was nice, we had different options, and all were very nice.

The cleaning occurred in the afternoon. Despite staying for three nights, our room was only cleaned once upon our request. This was due to the cleaners coming around 4 pm each day, which is typically a time for holidaymakers to rest in the afternoon. We raised the issue with reception and were told that priority in the morning is given to rooms being checked out. However, this explanation was not satisfactory. The hotel should hire more cleaners.

We chose the hotel for the rooftop bar so we were disappointed that it was closed. I'm not sure if the price was reduced to compensate but if not then I would expect to pay less than full price.

Booked a hotel rooms with friends. We suspected someone went through their bags but we couldn't prove it. Nothing missing but felt a little invasive. Staff listened when we disputed missing confectionery from the mini bar. They were understanding and didn't charge or argue. I would still come back to the hotel as the service was great. The roof top is closed off peak.

Great staff. Great view from room and public transport across the street. The breakfast buffet is amazing. We really enjoyed it. Spacious room. It was off peak so it quiet which was nice. I would definitely recommend it. Supermarkets available 1 short tram ride away. Plenty of Ubers in the area too. And walkable distance to a bus to Monaco.

close to tram station - just a 3 minute walk. A special thanks to Mr. Diego the front desk officer. I have been travelling decades and I would say he is one of the best I have come across in terms of customer service. We had some minor issues and his responsiveness for our concern and comfort far exceeded my expectation. Large, restful rooms.

Breakfast tables were not cleared very quickly. Room a bit noisy due to being surrounded by main roads and building work. The pool was extremely cold so didnt make use of it. Bar prices too expensive.

Reception staff were very helpful. The location was quite useful for catching buses and trains to various other places of interest. Walk to the old town was easy taking about 15 minutes. The room was a good size. Excellent cleaning of room.
