The hotel is very clean and cozy. The staff is also very friendly and willing to help if one has any questions or issues. The single rooms are also well-sized, as there is a bed, a TV, a desk, and a toilet. All the needed supplies are available in the room, and if one needs anything extra, they can always go to the reception, which works 24/7. The apartment is located close to a metro station and several street food places that work until late, so getting around the city is easy, and late-night food options are available. In case of early arrival, there is also a storage room, where one can leave their luggage and go explore the city while the time for checking-in comes. There is also nice breakfast every day, which is perfect to start the day with a light meal.

The owner was very friendly, he took a lot of time explaining places to visit, the apartment was very clean and comfortable. Uncomplicated check in and check out, parking inside the property, spacious and very beautiful gardens, highly recommended. Excellent place if you travel by car

The hotel was clean, arriving via taxi/Uber was not an issue, close proximity to public transportation.

Breakfast had very little variety. Only really basic food was present. I saw cheaper hotels with better breakfast, so this is something that they could improve on. Warm option was limited to standard hotel-style scambled eggs. I could use some sausages, hash browns or anything else.

Horrible internet connection. Did some checks when it was actually working, and they use O2 mobile internet, and its extremely unstable. I needed the internet for business purposes it was totally useless. Download speed very maximum 10Mbit/sec but rarely hit this "TOP" speed. It's a total joke in 2024 in such a big hotel. Another unbelievable experience. The hot water supply was going on and off. Went down to the reception to report this issue. They said they might fix it tomorrow. They can't even change my room because the hotel is fully booked - told by them.. So after a 2nd day, I figure out there is no hot water at all around 7PM-9PM. Obviously, they won't tell me, but the hot water supply capacity is well below what is actually needed for such a big hotel. I never complain this much about hotels, but they are charging avarage 180 Euro/night (including parking and breakfast). With all these issues worth about 80 Euro/night. Absolute joke. Parking costs a furtune so be careful if you take the car with you. Never will go back to this hotel for sure.
