Coffee was horrible.

Friendly and helpful reception. Comfortable beds. Very good shower. Near a very good Italian restaurant a short walk away. Good breakfast choice. Taxis outside if needed and metro very nearby.

The location is nice very close to metro station and potsdamer platz. The rooms are quiet, and the junior suite upgrade is worth it if it’s on special offer. The breakfast is very good, varied with a lot of options for people with dietary restrictions

We thought the breakfast was quite expensive. The chair in the room was very uncomfortable, I think maybe it was the modern design also there were no cupboards as such. We couldn't get WIFI in the room at all which was very annoying, we had to go down the hallway towards the lifts to get a signal.

The location was excellent, the staff were very friendly. We had a few issues but it was sorted out very quickly. The bathroom was spacious as was the room.

The Hotel is too big for the number of elevators. At breakfast time, the waiting time to get into the elevator was very long. We decided to take the stairs because the 3 times the elevator reached our floor it was already full of people. And during the waiting time, more and more guests arrived at the elevator hall.

The reception staff were very friendly. The room was large and comfortable. The TV messaging system was interesting. The tap water quality was also great, you can drink tap water because they have their own filtration system.

parking in the garage was not easy, no space, reserved places, not working payment machines...parking on the road was easier maybe also due to it being free on Sunday the check in was not a nice experience, a very long queue at 15:00 a ventilation in the bathroom would have been nice and the picture light is great but lights up the whole room at night... its a big hotel and sometimes feels a little like a youth hostel

the rooms for three are big enough - I liked that the extra bed was a bed not a sofa bed, breakfast was very nice, although not cheap, windows were nice and big, bathroom mirror with anti fog was great, also non slip in the bathtub everything is quite easy, the location is great and the value for money for us 3 was good

They dont have the facility of smart tv. Very strange, i had to watch netflix series but they have the very old LG tv, even those type of tv’s are the insult of these type of hetels n locations. They must write it down that they dint have the facility of tv. Spent Very boring time in the room.

The room could have had an option of more firm pillows being available. It is a shame that there is not an evening restaurant in the hotel, just the bar with snacks.

The staff were very friendly and attentive and able to help with any queries that I had during my stay. On an early arrival, we were able to be accommodated with an early check in to our rooms. The hotel and facilities were very clean. Sustainability features were in practice. The breakfast was brilliant, offering an amazing selection of choices. The terrace bar was a nice place to relax in the evening. The location is great, only 5 minute walk from Potsdamer Platz for food choices and good public transport links. Central Berlin is not far to walk to tourist locations. Bathroom and facilities were all in good working order. The bed and room was nice and comfortable.
