Ski in and ski out, plus super close to restaurants and main areas of town. The staff is incredible and super helpful with organizing transportation and any reservations needed.

Everything about Hakuba Alpine Hotel exceed expectations! The staff, room, view, facilities, and location were all exceptional. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Hakuba.

Amazing rooms, amazing facilities, great food options at the hotel or a short walk into town, ski instructors will pick you up from your doorstep, private parking — it has it all. The staff at House of Finn Juhl were amazing! I booked these rooms for my family trip, Yuka helped me plan dinners for our large group before we arrived and then upon arrival was even more amazing. The rooms were spacious and the furniture was beautiful. They helped arrange our Takyubin to the next location for our luggage. They provided amazing snacks and great breakfasts, it was wonderful!

Featuring a public bath and mist sauna, Phoenix Hotel by Hakuba Hospitality Group is located in Hakuba, a 19 mi drive from Nagano. Love our room. We chose the share-bath room type by accident, but in the end it didn’t bother us. The public hot bath and shower are very clean, we didn’t see another guest while using it. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are great, and the restaurant Mimi at the hotel is beyond excellent.

We were a group of 8 (4 adults, 4 kids) and it was the perfect size, plus handy to have 3 bathrooms for the number of people staying in the apartment. Stephen & his wife were helpful with booking restaurants, giving us advice about Hakuba ski resorts and arranging our luggage transfer to Tokyo. We joined in the pizza night at their Lodge which was really nice and looked to also be a lovely place to stay.

The property is well located, clean, equipped with a beautiful onsen, interesting restaurant with traditional Japanese style cuisine and wonderful views of the mountains. However, above all else, the Tokyo has an amazing staff. All we’re kind, welcoming and helpful. In particular, the younger gentleman working the ski rental facility was able to answer all of our questions and ensured we had what we needed for a great day on the slopes at Happo One. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Ringo-Noki is the most beautiful little Lodge, with only around 6 rooms, in Hakuba run by the very lovely couple of Yoshi-San and his wife Kayo. Everything was perfect about this place, the decoration, the service provided by Yoshi and Kayo, the delicious breakfast, the cleaness, the beautiful onsen to use everyday after a full day of activities. When arriving you were directly greeted with tea and the stunning common area. All rooms also have coffee and tea for you to make and use at your convenience. Right next to the lodge is the bus stop for the free shuttle and within walking distance you have several nice and delicious restaurants, cafés and bakery and other shops. Can highly recommend this location.
