Beds were really comfy. Staff was impeccable, service was amazing. Little touches for my husband’s birthday were greatly appreciated. 24/7 bar was great as well

As well as London’s busy shopping district and restaurants. The entire concept of the hotel is brilliant. Shout out to all the fantastic staff, with a special mention to Roxana, for their attentiveness and attention to detail.

They were attentive to a degree that was perfect for me as first time london visitor. The in room dining and restaurants on the ground floor were also exceptional.
