The location was incredibly convenient in central London. The hotel rooms were chic, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I really enjoyed the quality of the food at the restaurant when I dined there for dinner, not to mention the elegant decor. The lounge downstairs had a wonderful vibe and drinks as well. The staff were all incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help!

Very clean. The rooms were quiet. The floor was wooden (no dusty carpets). Blackout roller’s actually blocked the sunlight. Excellent food. Elegant decor. Fluffy towels.
