We were two couples staying at the villa for 6 nights. The location is excellent because it is 50 meters from a beach. It is in the quiet part of the island. We have walked to two best beaches on the island - Anse Georgette and Anse Latino. We used bus to reach other places on the island. The villa is well equipped with everything you need for cooking and for comfortable stay. Desmond provided the fish for us, so we did not need to worry about shopping. He is very nice and helpful. Our stay was perfect! We will definitely be back.

Villa Belle Plage is 1 km from Praslin airport. Praslin is only 15 minutes by domestic plane We enjoyed our stay in Villa Belle Plage very much and would definitely recommend it. The property is located on a very beautiful small beach just by Constance Lemuria golf course. It consists of 3 villas which are very comfortable. They are designed for 2 to 3 guests however we were a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) and we felt it worked well for us. The villas are designed in a smart way and there are a lot of small details meant to make quests' stay even better. Everything is clean and fresh. Even if this is a private small self catering property you get a bit of a hotel feeling thanks to small details like good quality, white towels, everyday room cleaning etc. The kitchen is well equipped and allows for cooking. There are at least 2 grocery shops in a walking distance. The beach is very nice and our kids loved it. It was great to be able to take a swim or just cool down in the calm ocean after our excursions. It was also very relaxing after big waves on Anse Georgette or Anse Lazio. Everything looks exactly as on the pictures. If we ever come back to Praslin we will book it again. This place is usually fully booked so if you see it available don't hesitate and book :-).

We were impressed with how warm, friendly and kind the owners were, always there in case we needed anything, but at the same time giving us full privacy. The villa was impeccable clean, and maintained so all throughout our stay, daily cleaning and small extra details that made our stay even more pleasant. You can enjoy garden view. Although you don't see the beach from the rooms, its access is very convenient. Its a nice, quiet, clean beach with no seaweed growing close. The rooms are nice, i really like the planning. The floors are wooden, it is comfy to walk barefoot. By the patio there is a pool. Its a quiet location, with just 5-10 min walk to the bus station, food stores, restaurants etc. The property provides grill facilities and kayaks for free.

Activities in the surrounding area include hiking, cycling and diving. Villa Aya is 6 km from Praslin National Park and a 20-minute drive from the Baie Ste Anne Praslin Jetty. The staff are friendly and helpful. They go the "extra mile" to ensure guests are happy and comfortable. The room was cleaned to an exceptional standard (my wife is fussy and even she approved!). Breakfast served on our terrace each morning (10 GBP extra per person per day) and there are some good restaurants nearby (Lobster Bay and Paradisier) less than 5 minutes walk. A couple of shops 1 minute away with water, alcohol, snacks etc. Would highly recommend staying here.

The villas offer a terrace with sun‐loungers. The property also has a ground floor studio apartment available, equipped with air conditioning and kitchenette. Extremely helpful staff. Alyn made a reservation for us for Anse Georgette, help us with transportation and info for the island.

Decorated in bright and warm colours, Cote d'Or Footprints villas come fitted with a seating and dining area and a flat-screen TV. Each villa offers a patio with views of the Indian Ocean, garden and pool. Great location right by the beach. The chalets held a high standard. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedroom and bathroom were big. The hostess Annia was exceptional and arranged everything we needed for us. Highly recommend staying here! :)

Car hire facilities are available 300 metres from Le Tropique Villa. The stay was absolutely perfect. It’s not luxury hotel but it has more than this because of kind and very helpful people - Sanjan ans Madame Morele. The villa is actually at the beach, you can go on the beach anytime. The apartament was very clean and nice, kitchen had very good equipement. Really good breakfasts with the view. Everything you need to have perfect stay

Excellent house opposite the beach,big,luxurious with an amazing garden. It could fit easily a group of 6. Loukas and Nataly were extremely helpful with everything,suggesting things and booking restaurants for us.
