    Great staff, so kind and helpful from arrival to departure, the rooms were spacious and well equipped Everything had a luxury feeling about it, the manager greeted us with a bag with water and nice chocolates, and hemeven helped getting the luggage out of the car and up to our room, great location away from the sketchy parts of san francisco and a 5 minute walk to chinatown

    The hotel location is really good (near the Giants stadium and a metro which makes transportation easier), rooms are really nice, luxurious and super clean. The hotel doesn’t offer a breakfast buffet but they do have a small bistro offering coffee, croissants, muffins etc. It’s pricey but alternatively there is also nice restaurants within walking distance and there is a supermarket (Gus's Community Market) offering breakfast sandwiches.

    The location and value for money were fantastic. The room was a lot larger than expected, and the shower was downright luxurious. The free parking was why we booked, but the hotel itself was wonderful and clean.
