Located in the new city center Nilüfer in Bursa, Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center & Thermal Spa has shopping malls such as Carrefour & Sur Yapı Marka AVM behind the hotel and a Gastro Dining Venue... the staff are very kind and respectful. all understand English. the location is perfect just near a lot of shops, maraka mall and restaurants. the reception staff are very keen to help. they gave me breakfast for all my stay for free. and also a late check out. Mr. Omar and his friends were very respectful and offering excellent services.

Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends and it will be the hotel to stay next time I visit Bursa
