The nearest beach is in 6 minutes of walking, and thr hotel's beach is in 15-20 minutes, but there is a transfer that goes to it. Very good hotel😊

This is an extraordinary place. Fantastic location with fabulous views. We had a little house with a small garden outside. Beautiful. Very nice pool and restaurant area with indoor and outdoor eating. Fantastic breakfast. Excellent fitness facilities.

Set in Alanya, Aria Riva Hotel offers accommodation with a balcony and kitchen. All units feature air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. I checked in really late and the staff left me a sandwich in my apartment!) The interior and furniture look really good. I also liked the sea and castle view from my balcony. The hotel is just right by the sea, but not on the front line busy street.

The food is excellent, the rooms are comfortable. You can explore the amazing sunset, when you rent a cabana with the best service. Thank you Blue Marlin Deluxe for this amazing holiday. O Utopia World oferece vistas para o Mar Mediterrâneo a partir de um penhasco ao longo da Costa de Alanya. Beautiful view, excellent service, cleaning continuously, excellent foods and drinks ( quality, quantity and taste also), pools are very good ( temperature and size). We loved the aqua park. Absolutely 10 points!!! Thanks for our amazing holiday!!!

We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and liked it very much. It's well-equipped and cosy. We used the outdoor pool and the tennis court almost every day. Supermarkets, a bus stop and a beach are all in close proximity. We'd love to come back next year.

Semir was a great host. Apartment is fabulous, very clean and modern. Great view of the pool from the balcony. Apartment had everything we could possibly want. Semir was very responsive throughout our booking and stay which made us feel very relaxed! Check in and check out was very straight forward zero stress! Next time we visit Mahmutlar I would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thanks Semir for everything.
