The nearest beach is in 6 minutes of walking, and thr hotel's beach is in 15-20 minutes, but there is a transfer that goes to it. Very good hotel😊

Guests can make use of the hot tub. I checked in really late and the staff left me a sandwich in my apartment!) The interior and furniture look really good. I also liked the sea and castle view from my balcony. The hotel is just right by the sea, but not on the front line busy street.

Located within the ancient city of Syedra, Utopia World offers 5-star accommodation. Beautiful view, excellent service, cleaning continuously, excellent foods and drinks ( quality, quantity and taste also), pools are very good ( temperature and size). We loved the aqua park. Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, the non-smoking apartment has a sauna. I loved the cozy atmosphere and thoughtful design it created a perfect backdrop for relaxation. The added perk of having an indoor pool and VIP spa was a delightful surprise. Overall, the genuine comfort and ease, coupled with the charming ambiance, made it a standout experience.

A water park and casino, as well as kids pool, are available at Calypso Residence Luxurious Beachside Apartment in Alanya D6, while guests can also relax in the garden. We stayed in the apartment for 4 weeks and liked it very much. It's well-equipped and cosy. We used the outdoor pool and the tennis court almost every day. Supermarkets, a bus stop and a beach are all in close proximity. We'd love to come back next year.

Semir was a great host. Apartment is fabulous, very clean and modern. Great view of the pool from the balcony. Apartment had everything we could possibly want. Semir was very responsive throughout our booking and stay which made us feel very relaxed! Check in and check out was very straight forward zero stress! Next time we visit Mahmutlar I would not hesitate to book this apartment again. Thanks Semir for everything.
