Totul a fost la superlativ, de la managerul general care ne a adus cadou în camera știind ca este ziua soțului (deși nu menționasem asta în mod expres), la recepționiste, barman, cleaner, ospătarii care prezintă mâncare. Ne am simțit foarte bine primiți și vom mai reveni!!

iQ Hotel Milano este situat chiar vizavi de gara și stația de metrou Milano Centrale, care asigură legături spre toate zonele orașului. Este servit un generos mic dejun tip bufet. .Locația este foarte aproape de stația de metrou, mai exact 4 minute de mers pe jos, și foarte aproape de stația de autobuz care vine de la aeroport. Va puteți orienta foarte ușor cu transportul. Băiatul de la recepție este foarte amabil, ne-a explicat pe harta toate obiectivele și cum ajungem la ele. Personalul face diferența!!! Am fost foarte mulțumiți.

We stayed in Hotel Du Lac & Spa in Bellagio for one night. We were so sad to leave as it was one of the nicest places I have stayed in all of Europe and across the world. I travelled to Lake Como to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with my sisters. Bellagio is the nicest place in all of the lake and the hotel went above and beyond for us. The rooms are beautifully decorated with white, crisp linen. Rooms are so clean and have all of the necessary amenities including soft towels, robes and slippers. Rooms had a mini bar with great variety and were all so affordable. Food and drinks in the restaurant were amazing with great variety. Definitely opt for including breakfast, it was so tasty with a great variety. The staff are so friendly and went above and beyond for us. They gave us great recommendations for the area and other areas on the lake. it is a hotel with great character and amazing views of the lake. The hotel is in a great location, right across from the station and near other amazing restaurants. You will not regret choosing this as your hotel.
