The „whole hill“ towards the see belongs to the hotel and is arranged as a lovely garden with a lot of places to take a rest and enjoy the view. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Seems to be a family business and they really like to do their job. For a 3* hotel a lot of surprising features: whirlpool which can be rented privately for 40min. Sauna( which I did not use), massage ( which was excellent!) and possible three course dinner every night . Overall really good athmosphere and fantastic location!

We loved the appartment style and interior, exactly as you can see in the pictures. Lovely host! Gaia was super helpful with everything especial as our ferry got cancelled. Located Very close to the ferry terminal in a quiet neighbourhood. If you are looking for a place in Portoferraio and a little home away from home - this is the place.

Guests at the hotel can enjoy a continental breakfast. We got a nice new, huge room with a Terrasse overlooking the garden and the sea. Everyone and everything was perfekt. Quiet and peaceful. We had dinner at the hotel and loved it. It was just perfect for us for one week relaxing. Thank you everyone making us feeling comfortable and welcome.

The location is so serene - you feel like you're in your own slice of paradise and have the entire villa to yourself. I also cannot say enough good things about the good at Il Termine - all of our breakfasts and dinners were among the most delicious meals we've ever had. We loved all the thoughtful touches - the Il Termine team works so hard to make every aspect of your stay gorgeous and luxurious.

A restaurant and wellness centre can be found at the Hotel Plaza sister hotel, located 150 metres away. Beautiful place. Nice stuff working there. Amazing breakfast with great coffee. Beautiful view from the room and a little balcony to enjoy sunrise or sunset. Everyday cleaning service was nice

Lobby Wi-Fi is free. we liked the breakfast, I liked the hard beds, there was always a spot to park albeit an SUV was certainly an advantage as it is a steep location
