The staff were extremely attentive, kind and helpful. Nikhil tailored a full itinerary for each day, with a driver too. Any issues, questions or needs were addressed immediately and with a smile. Couldn't have asked for better hosts. The food was beyond description. A varied menu is available as well as local off-menu delicacies. Breakfast was sensational with a different dish each day. Staff are very helpful and pleasant, more than willing to help. The reception area is built majestically and the wood carvings are exquisite. We had a private that is accessible 24hrs through our unit. Kids enjoyed it thoroughly. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with lots of vegetarian options. The Spices and the aroma of the food was very exquisite. There is open air amphitheatre with performances from local artists in the evenings. Yoga class held by Shibin in the morning starts of the day with good posture and breathing exercises. There is a games room with chess, carrom board and table tennis. There is a small artificial lake with kayaking, paddle boating. Overall we had a relaxing holiday. The resort organises sunset cruises in the evening.

We loved sitting out on the balcony and hearing the birds. And the room and bathroom were both spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our stay was also really positively impacted by the family feel of the place. They treated us like their own relatives- making sure we had a ride to an early morning hike, providing coffee and tea, an excellent breakfast, water, etc. We were very well taken care of and appreciated how kind everyone in the family is. I had the pleasure of hearing about this place from a close friend of mine who stayed here for a couple of nights. Mr Thomas is a true gentlemen. He made our stay in this property a wonderful time. We enjoyed the lush green mountain view, and we had been traveling for quite some time and we had accumulated a lot of laundry. Mr. Thomas allowed us to wash our clothes and dry them on the roof. He also gave us a lot of help during our stay, for he is truly a generous person. For example, he knew how much I liked to drink coffee at 6 am so he gave me his personal kettle to make as much as I wanted. He also invited us for dinner. His wife is also a wonderful person. Moreover, at the last day he dropped us off at the bus stop and made an effort to help us take the local bus to Kochi
