The air conditioning was easy to control, giving us a comfortable rather than freezing room. Staff were helpful in arranging our trip to Borobudur and providing other directions. The location is close to a shopping mall with a food court, which was very suitable for us. It was also quick and easy to walk down to the Sultan's Palace from the hotel.
