They bring a great energy to the place and really make you feel welcome. The pool area in particular is a lovely place to relax - there’s lots of different seating options depending on whether you’d like to sit in the sun or not. Breakfast was lovely and filling. Like all places on the island, there are a few cats present but the staff are very understanding if you (like me) have allergies. Rented bikes were dropped straight to the property meaning we didn’t need to go and collect them and best of all, you’re a 2 minute cycle from the best sunset location on the island! The room was lovely and comfy for three people, and the two mirrors in the bathroom were very handy as we were a group of three women! Special shout out to Jay and Haled for making us feel so welcome and showing us the best spots on the map.

A delightful bonus was the presence of two adorable cats roaming the resort, adding a homey and welcoming feel.

The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at Chill Out Bungalows. Guests can also relax in the garden. Loved it. Pods were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom was beautiful with open air shower. Location was right on the beach where it was deep enough to swim. Sun loungers were free for guests, discounts on the food in the restaurant. Beer was the coldest on the island and the staff were attentive and super friendly, especially Herman who checked us in. Also if you wake up for sunrise, you will get the most spectacular view over the water and Rinjani volcano on Lombok. 10/10 would recommend.
