We had such a wonderful stay and enjoyed the pool and the restaurant.

The biggest plus here were the staff. They were fantastic, incredibly friendly and helpful. There were no airs and graces and spoke to you like a friend/family member rather than a customer, we loved that and you don't find it often enough in hotels. Everything else in the hotel was perfect, the food was actually really tasty (often find all inclusive can be a little bland) The rooms were comfortable and spotless and all the facilities were first class. We have already talked about doing back again

Access to the Ponent Mar’s spa comes at an additional cost. There is a sauna, a massage service and a beauty salon. There is also a fitness room. The view from the room on the 8th floor was spectacular. The room was also very clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. There are activities you can book and car rental at the reception, but unfortunately i saw this only on the last day. I liked the sea, even though it didn't have a sandy beach (there are some 5 minutes from the hotel) where i could swim and snorkel.

Would recommend this hotel to everyone! My stay was amazing and the staff so nice and attentive, I can't wait to come back because I will definitely stay here again. The ocean front room had a breathtaking view. I let my passport by mistake in the safebox and the concierge called me right away and kept if safe for me until I was able to pick it up a few days later. Thank you team for the great hsopitality!

The hotel houses warmly decorated, comfortable and contemporary accommodation which consists of a range of rooms. The more luxurious rooms include a spacious lounge area. There is a comfortable yet modern minimalist decor which features throughout the hotel building. This is characterised by the stylish bar, but can also be seen by the pool, within the refined restaurant and in the elegant spa facilities. wonderful staff, great breakfast. We fortunately received an upgrade on arrival which was very sweet. The room was well lit and decorated. It was a bit cold during the evenings, but we found a comforter, so that was fine.

Paradiso Garden is located in a quiet area of Playa de Palma, 200 metres from the beach. The hotel offers free access to the spa offering offering indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath and cabins for massages at an additional cost. Sauna and massage within the hotel, nice pool area, healthy food, nice staff. It was second time we stayed here and it was awesome and confy.
