Located in Cangas del Narcea in Asturias, Parador de Corias is set in an 11th century monastery. It offers an exhibition area including archaeological remains from the original structure. Everything it was perfect from the staff to the hotel. Absolutely outstanding!

So everything is clean and undamaged. The decor is tasteful, the location is great. The hotel is built on an empty plaza that sits above a parking garage and mall - that in itself is not particularly inspiring. But it is just a few minute walk from Gascona, the main restaurant and sidreria street in Oviedo. The staff were all super friendly and gave us tips for what to do in the area. We took a nice walk up the hills around the town to see some of the pre-Roman churches there, which offered great views of the city as well.

We felt well taken care of from the moment we arrived. We were very tired from a long day of backpacking. The staff went to great lengths to ensure we had all that we needed. The restaurant recommendation across the road from the hotel was the best meal we have had yet during our stay in Spain. The restaurant owner was delightful and extremely creative with her dishes.

The house is in a perfect setting with the most amazing view of the Picos and is the perfect place to stay for a walking holiday. I will definitely return next time I am in the area!

Featuring a spa with an indoor pool and gardens with a seasonal outdoor pool, Puebloastur Eco Resort Wellness Hotel is situated in Cofiño, Asturias, looking onto the Picos de Europas Mountains. Location was beautiful. Rooms, pool, spa, restaurant were all excellent. Staff was extremely friendly. I had the best massage from Pilar. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful! Rooms were very clean and well maintained during our stay. There was a fragrant fig scent throughout the property that enhanced the experience and was just beautiful. Overall a terrific experience and I recommend wholeheartedly.
