The apartment is modern, clean and cosy. Staff were very friendly and available via WhatsApp if you have any questions. Although the staff didn’t speak English we communicated through WhatsApp and Google translate. Owner’s dogs are very friendly too on entry to the front yard. Bedding, towels, tea, coffee and toiletries were in the apartment. Punta Arenas is a great city, having European and American influences. There are plenty of places to shop, including duty free shops in the shopping malls. I was visiting family but I felt safe walking around on my own. The people are friendly in cafes, restaurants and shops with some staff speaking limited English.

The food was delicious and a must try even if you are not staying in the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful, they even taught me how to prepare a mate properly. The facilities were great and the room comfortable. I find it a good price/quality ratio as we are in a very remote area.

Located in Puerto Natales, 1.7 km from Puerto Natales Bus Station, Natalino Hotel Patagonia provides accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. It was a very comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. I eat a plant based diet and most hotels do not offer good plant based breakfasts. I really enjoyed the oatmeal bar they had.
