1. The staff, the food, the fireplace in our room, and the pool. Laundry service was super fast! Internet was not too shabby, some down time but usually pretty excellent. 2. The bed was super super good. Like so good for my back it inspired me to sort out my bed at home. 3. The view was spectacular. 4. The trekking guide Mai, was super super wonderful and sweet. She is gave me and y partner an excellent trek experience and had great chat. And helpful when we needed extra help during our stay. 5. The main reception guy Tuan, i think was his name - strong guy lol helped with our luggage, helped with the booking of our trek and our massage on site. 6. The thai massage therapists on site were absolutely incredible. So welcoming. And very thorough. 7. Restaurant staff also incredible

The view from the room was amazing! We had a Mountain View, and it was lovely to see the clouds roll into the valley. The room itself was quite large, and so was the bed. The king sized bed was made by pushing two single size beds together, so there was a line running down the middle, but that didn’t bother us at all. There was a refrigerator in the room, which was extremely handy, and the temperature in the room was excellent. (It is controlled in each room.) The enormous bathroom is separated from the main room by a giant window, so if you don’t want your roommate to watch you use the bathroom, you have to drop the curtain. However, it is lovely to take a shower or bath (the tub is magical) while looking at the mountains. The included breakfast was great. There were so many choices. It seems like there was food for every taste. The employees were all very friendly. They helped us arrange transportation and offered suggestions on what to do in Sa Pa. They are also will to hold luggage for an entire day after you check out.

The location and rooms were exceptional. We loved the view we had from our room. The staff were very helpful especially Katie. She was so helpful with everything and provided information about the excursions and experiences.

Spacious bungalows and great view of the mountains and rice fields. Very comfortable beds hehe So peaceful and quiet. GREAT STAFF and delicious food:)! We really enjoyed our stay

Very centrally-located and I could just walk to the Fansipan station. There are also lots of food choices around from local food to more Western options. The room was very big for a solo traveler. There's also a massage place downstairs that offers discounts for those who stay at the hotel.

Property with great facilities. Big clean rooms. Courteous helpful team. Shuttle for to and fro to sapa city centre several times a day. Great location with a wide buffet breakfast
