I loved the feeling of security and comfort that I got after a long day of exploring and adventuring outside. It was like coming home to a safe harbor. The staff were all lovely and professional; they greeted us with drinks and snacks even when our arrival time was near midnight! They also warmly welcomed us to our room when we returned after a day trip to Ninh Binh. The hotel was just great at making us feel special. The room is spacious enough for me, my husband, and my 3-year-old. The hotel is located near Train Street, and there are tons of great street food options just around the corner. The staff was also swift in helping us book shuttles to and from the airport, as well as a direct shuttle limousine to our homestay in Tam Coc. All in all, would definitely come again!

Staff are amazing. Central location and great breakfast with super helpful manager (Hana!) and other concierge service. Hana herself was amazing and booked our FANTASTIC Ha Long Bay tour and another day trip with NO hidden fees or any other inconveniences, highly recommend.
