Dat was so helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived! We had the penthouse with the balcony and it was the best room I have ever stayed in. The bed was huge and super comfy and the day bed was a great extra space to relax. The rooftop bar is a spectacular way to watch the Hanoi sunsets and the drinks and food were on point.
