Conveniently situated in the centre of Hanoi, Salute Premium Hotel & Spa features 4-star accommodation close to Hanoi Old City Gate and St. Joseph Cathedral. This place was fantastic! We visited the hotel twice while traveling through northern Vietnam, and each time was exceptional. The rooms were clean, and the staff was excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast, with a vast array of hot meals, pastries, fruits, and juices, all incredibly delicious and fresh.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Mr. Jack, who offered the kindest service to my parents. It was my first time to send my parents overseas without me, and he told me that he will take care of my parents from now on when I contacted him after their arrival at HAN airport(he actually DID). He continuously sent me the updates about my parents and recommended nice spots for them to enjoy. I have never seen such a kind and gentle person. My parents were so sad to leave the hotel after the check out, without saying good bye to him F2F(he was not at the front desk at that time, I believe). Regarding the hotel itself, my parents absolutely loved the hotel's breakfast and they sent me the beautiful pictures as they were immensely impressed.

The property itself is not why I give this hotel a high review. The high review is for the great location and excellent customer service. The hotel is located in a central part of town and it’s very easy to walk to many museums and attractions within 10-30 minutes. The staff were extremely friendly! They offered us water and bananas when we left, helped arrange airport transport, accommodated a late checkout and offered medicine and food when I was sick for a day, helped us when we forgot a piece of luggage there, stored our luggage while we went out, answered our questions via WhatApp, etc. Really wonderful hospitality.

Conveniently set in Hanoi, Flora Centre Hotel & Spa provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a shared lounge. This 4-star hotel offers a tour desk and luggage storage space. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and there were many little extras like cotton buds. There were many options for breakfast with bread, rice, yoghurt, fresh fruit etc. The location was also amazing, close to everything but no noise from the busy streets at night. The wifi was ok.

The Manager Mary and her friendly staff make us feel at home. All her staff are very helpful if u need any assistances ;for places to visit or to eat at local eateries ,etc. arrangement for transport from airport n for tours was done professionally.
