Tucked away from the busy areas with easy access to everything. Room was large, great amenities. Staff took care of anything/everything - so friendly and helpful. Lots of ocean views from around the property (restaurant, gym, etc.). All around great hotel.

We had an ocean front room which was amazing. The view was totally worth the price, watching the whales and the sunset each day. The pool also had great views of the ocean and the pool bar was close by. We arrived early in the morning which was 6 hours before check in time, but we were able to use the hotel facilities including their 'arrival lounge' which meant we could shower and safely lock our belongings away. There is a shopping centre which is a 5 minute walk away, including a supermarket which was handy to have that served simple meals if you didn't feel like hotel restaurant food the whole time. I will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is great from every single detail and highly recommended for families with children for the activities in the hotel and the waterpark. Also it has excellent beach and white sand.
