We stayed at LIU as a family and found everything exceptional. Service, staff, food, drinks, facilities, activities were outstanding. The details about the service were particularly wonderful. Special thanks to; Nihat, Taha, Nabila, Tunahan and Dilem at the terrace restaurant area. Hikmet at the breeze bar, Bora at the aqua bar, Hasan at the aquapark. Because of their top-quality service and freindliness our stay has been an unforgettable experience.

We were absolutely amazed by the hotel, the services, the food and the people. The room was exactly what we needed with a small baby, spacious enough with all needed equipment, with comfortable bed and very clean. The food was very good, choice of drinks in all inclusive very wide. The all inclusive program overall is very good. But what most makes this hotel memorable is the staff, from the cleaning ladies to chefs, waiters and other people, to name a few like Suheda and Seda from bar or Birsen from the restaurant, all very professional, polite and always with a smile. I had always felt really welcomed there. We are definitely coming back and we are already looking for it.

We got a nice room on top floor, that we are grateful for. Room was very clean and bright. Our shower was clogged and we were about to let the reception know but we completely forgot about it however when we came back to our room that day and took a shower we realized drains were cleaned by lovely housekeeping lady. Pool and its area is also well maintained. Service is polite and nice. Breakfast is delicious and variable, definitely one of the best we had during our travels around Turkey. Dinner was also tasty and consist of soup, main dish, salads, veggies and dessert/fruits. Property is walking distance to the bus station from where you can take tourist train to the old town of Side.

Exceptional service! We had a large group of 35, staff went out of their way accommodating our every need. I have been to many all inclusive resorts, this one is simply exceptional. Thank you. Facility is also very new, super clean, and very comfortable. Food is fantastic. Lots of choices, very nicely prepared, very appetizing.
