Alpener at the reception was very professional and provided great service. in the first night we had problems with our room... after consideration he upgraded the rooms for me and my business partners. very very professional and knows how to treat his guests! . Melike and Oznur at the coffee and Thea lounge were very kind and provided good service. Ibrahim that arranged the meeting room for us was also very professional and pleasant to talk with.
