HOSPITALITY AT IT’S BEST!! Hotel staff has delivered an amazing experience. I was staying there for my wisdom teeth operation. They took care of me so well. They did trip to the pharmacy, late night room service(ice, fruits, snacks - chef’s delicious cookies and desert, tea) Staff very attentive and always smiling. FANTASTIC FOOD Specially cooked for me. The chef picked fresh produce and cooked truly brilliantly. Delicious soups, steaks, and traditional food on demand VERY CLEAN Spotless rooms GREAT LOCATION Close to Atakule shops and all the amenities Special thanks to all the staff especially the chef (Shaman) and the receptionist(Sedat) for the truly exceptional stay.

Everything about the hotel stay was excellent. The facilities, the breakfast, the quiet area of ​​the city and especially the staff was very professional and helpful. I accidentally found this hotel while traveling around Turkiye, and instead of staying one night, we stayed for 3 days. Facilities were good, staff very helpful (limited English, but very caring and accomodating), breakfasts and dinners were offered, with choces for picky eaters as well, comfortable beds and quite clean rooms. We loved the outdoor pool - very clean and not many people, which made it much more enjoyable. Free parking is right outside the hotel, which made it real easy. Since we had a car, wr could easily drive to Ankara and do some sightseeing.
