The rooms are clean and very big. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony, for free. Rooms are super clean. The swimming pool is just awesome. I loved everything about this hotel.

Room was equipped with smart features such as a tablet that could control basically everything in the room - the TV, the lighting etc. You could also use it to order room service, housekeeping, make calls - so, really anything. Location was great - just a short walk to the Vistula River, and a 5min tram ride to the old town (~30mins if you walk). Breakfast was superb!

Gorgeous building. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spa and pool area relaxing and luxurious. Staff polite and helpful. Early check-in (3h) and late check-out (1h) both arranged without any extra cost. Location unbeatable. Breakfast absolutely delicious!

Everything is new and clean, breakfast is phenomenal, food was great. Rooms are very spacious. If you need parking - it’s excellent choice as it’s in the same building. Otherwise a very short tram ride or a 30 mins walk to the old town.

A great hotel with amazing staff and facilities. On check in you are welcomed with a delicious warm cookie. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful throughout. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had facilities to make a cup of tea. The breakfast offered a huge variety and was of a high standard, as was all of the food and the prices were fair. Conference facilities were vast and supported by an on site team. WiFi was good quality and included in the price. I would highly recommend the hotel.

The staff was great and helpful. they were welcomed us with the big smile. we were there on my 25years wedding anniversary and got the upgrade room. the breakfast was good enough, the 60s music played made the atmosphere very comfortable and happy
