The rooftop restaurant had an impeccable service and we indulged in the best food we tried in Essaouira! The bed and shower were just the best!! We will be back! Our stay was wonderful. The staff is the nicest staff we have met during our three-week road trip through Morocco. The owners do a wonderful job and were very helpful when we noticed in Marrakkech that we forgot one of our suitcases there. Also, Murat, one of the staff members, was exceptionally nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable from the very beginning. Also, we can only recommend the food - it was delicious.

Hasan was a wonderful, charming, and intelligent host with superb english and spicy sense of humor. Attentive, but not intrusive and really kind. First thing he did after our arrival was taking out the map and colorful markers to virtually show us around - where to eat, what to avoid and so on. You can really tell that the man loves his job. The mattresses were brand new, and best we encountered in Morocco so far. It is apparent from other reviews that some guests were complaining about wet environment and mold. I need to comment on that. Guys, the place is literally in the center of ancient Medina, built somewhere around 17th century! For such a buildings the humidity is always an issue. I was very afraid, because I suffer from astma and severe allergy on mold and I haven't seen any sign of mold and didn't have any health problems. Fatima cleans everything perfectly! Many thanks! Wish we could stay longer! ❤️

We received a very warm welcome. Amazing apartment with great art and lots of quirky furnishings. We loved our candle lit showers. Roof terrace was lovely to sit with a glass of wine and the location was very handy for everything we needed. Wish we had stayed more than 2 nights.
