I lke everything from the view from the loby and the room, the facilities like underground well arranged parking, the pools' the fitting room and sounas, the food and ofcourse the very polite and very attendant staff from the reception, the bar a the restaurants and the women who clean the room, all of them were perfect.

Hassle free and safe parking with free electric car charging (11kW, one charging point). Very nice and friendly staff. Great location if you are planning to visit Gardaland or Verona - it's very close.

The terrace and the garden are amazing places to relax and admire the views. The house is spacious and well kept with a fine equipped modern kitchen. It´s very nice looking, pleasant inside and out and the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. We wanted to check out at 3am but the lady on reception explained that she wasn´t able to authorise that but her manager will be there and 5pm and she will sort it. So at 5 I spoke to her and it was arranged in seconds and she even arranged for our breakfast to be left in a bag in the fridge. Our room was very nice. The room was superb with a beautiful view from the balcony. It was also very spacious and the en-suite was excellent. The morning breakfast was top class as was the lady overseeing the service. All the staff were very helpful. The location of the hotel is outstanding. We are definitely coming back.
