Hotel has been beautifully refreshed. Our room was redone with brand new fabrics in an art-deco style. Bed super comfy and bathroom seems recently re-done. Breakfast was excellent, a very nice buffet. Especially if you can get a table in the big salon rather than the rather dark dining room further back. Lobby very classic but beautiful. The adjacent bar is beautiful and service throughout the hotel is excellent. In the spa we only used the hot tub which initially was way too hot but staff quickly adjusted. Location in Via Veneto is pleasant and a short walk to the Borghese Gardens and Spanish Steps, but is not right in the thick of the action if that’s what you are looking for.

I chose to stay at TP Place in the first place because it is a small hotel in a historical building to have cozy stay with the touch of the culture. What i get is far more better than what expected. Number one for me is the smell of the place and the cleanliness is perfection . All the staff are remarkably welcoming and very friendly which I really appreciate. The decorations is beautiful. I will absolutely recommend you to stay and get the whole experience.

Marco met us at the designated time at the downstairs cafe, helped with getting the luggage into the apartment, and provided the keys and a tour of the apartment. He was very accommodating to our early arrival and asked that we contat him if we needed anything. The free breakfast was great and we took advantage of it both days we were there. We also ate at the cafe upon our arrival while waiting for the keys, and the lunch food was also delicious. We were also provided a variety of Nespresso pods for the Nespresso machine in the kitchen, which the entire family (except the 11-year old) enjoyed!

the location is great, 15 minutes walk from Termini station and 5 minutes walk from Trevi. very central. Simone was very kind and helpful. great breakfast! nice building and comfortable room.
