What a wonderful find! We've just had a great stay at this lovely hotel. Our room was huge, super clean with great shower. Breakfast was fantastic! Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was superb! We'll be back!

Firstly the location is so convenient for a lot of sights of the city. The unassuming street is hiding a real treasure in these hotel suites. The first walkthrough is amazing, such a great amount of living space. Numerous TV's and a picturesque bed to add which is comfier than most hotel beds. The staff are very attentive as they are very quick to respond to your messages and are always positive which is a huge credit. I couldn't not mention the hot tub which is the cherry on the cake and really caps off this Uber luxury experience. Also they keep the entire flat spotless and refill your complimentary drinks daily so what more could you need?

Amazing attention to all the details… Coffee Pod machine, tea maker, all snacks, Prosecco, and water included… top quality shampoos and soaps, etc…..My completely over the top room, had a misting Shower, a proper shower for at least 3 people, a “TRIPLE” Jacuzzi, a dry sauna, another separate bathroom where the bidet, toilette, and sink was located… everything in black slate and marble, like a Bat Cave Oasis in the “cooooooolest” neighborhood in Palermo… My terrace overlooking Via Roma was so awesome… but the neighborhood stole the show, a copy shop across the street, a Landry in the building on the ground floor, barber shop for boys on the corner, mini marts 4 minutes away… and LA BRACE a totally awesome restaurant close at hand… This place rocked, stayed 3 days in 14 on two separate occasions…. LOVED it HERE… so will you!

The host is very helpful. The restaurant he recommended was so good, and we went for diner twice. The apartment is very well take care of by the host. the location is perfect.

Everything's to like at Case Natoli: the apartment is very spacious, has tons of light and the frescoes in the ceiling are just breathtaking. Although being an 18th century palazzo, everything works great, since the apartment has been renovated to a very high standard. Location can't be beat as well, it's walking distance from most major sights at the city and, at the same time, very quiet at night. It was easy to communicate with the host, she was very amenable and replied quickly to our queries.

Osoblje je fantastično! Uvijek su bili na raspolaganju. Apartman je izvrstan, prostran, uredan i vrlo funkcionalan. Bazen i spa su izvrsni za opuštanje na kraju dana. Jedino nas je iznenadilo kad smo morali platiti nove ručnike nakon 6 dana, na polovici boravka. No, Carmelo i Barbara, hvala na svemu. Od srca preporučujemo ovaj apartman.
