All the staff were very polite, helpful and always had a smile on their face. The location was nice as it was one tram stop away or a short 10 minutes walk from the main train station. We absolutely loved the spa, from the hot to ice cold showers, the hammam, steam room, and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was delicious, and there were many pastry options.

Place was quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the city center which we really enjoyed. Lorenzo was very helpful and informative on how to get around the city and what food is best to try and he nailed it. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Florence.

Breakfast was fantastic. Service was great. The gal in the breakfast room who wears her hair up, was especially great. Front desk staff were all helpful, friendly and professional. The spa was a treat. Afternoon tea was nice too.

Perfect location in the middle of Florence, close to all main points of interest. Exceptional design, great restaurant and , above all, friendly and helpful staff. Room very comfortable and quiet - well soundproofed.
