The room was even better than the pictures, the size and design are amazing, and the view from the balcony is amazing. We appreciate the effort that goes into maintaining a facility of this size, as well as the level of cleanliness, both in your room and throughout the hotel. A hand-painted porcelain tile covered the balcony floor of our room, linking the hotel to the ceramic work craft traditions of Capri and the Amalfi coast. This is just one example of the care and effort put into all aspects of the hotel's design. It seems that all the hotel's staff is committed to providing the highest level of service. Every guest is known by name by the hotel manager, Oliver, who passes between the tables and speaks to any guest at breakfast. We stayed at the hotel for three nights, but unfortunately, we weren't able to use all the facilities. We didn't visit the pool or jacuzzi, but we did take a spa treatment. Our stay at the hotel was an integral part of our overall excellent Capri experience and one of the main contributors to it.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! The best location on the island, the view is stunning. The hospitality is 5 stars, both the reception staff and the bar and restaurant staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, the food and cocktails are impeccable. Fantastic location and oozing with history. The staff are so helpful, attentive, warm and friendly. We received a generous upgraded room at check in and were also delivered a welcome gift of fruit and sweet and savoury snacks/treats brought to our room just after we arrived. Our room was so unbelievably comfortable, and maid service was perfection, always on hand to replenish toiletries, mini bar or assist to any request. We asked for plates to be cleared from our room on the first evening and when we returned, much later, our housemaid had performed a full bedtime turndown service for us, placing slippers at each side of the bed, drawing blinds, turning on bedside lamps and our bathroom was fully refreshed. Quisisana truly did welcome us and made us feel at home!! Breakfast was also amazing with a young violinist playing in the background! Excellent choices of foods at breakfast and a great variety of options.

From now on we remember this as hotel della Piccola Maria! This was an amazing stay, 4 nights of pure bliss. Great pool, views, accommodations but Maria and who works on the property kicked it over the edge. We definitely hope to be back and see Maria again!

The host was waiting for us in the square and helped us get to the house. This was a pleasant surprise . The temperature of the jacuzzi can be adjusted. There is also a shop and a breakfast area next to the accommodation.
