Front desk was super friendly and they were very welcoming. I do not remember the lady name who checked me in did great and gave some upgrade which was cool. We also asked for some surprise which we had asked the manager Siddharth and Himanshu and they went out of the way to do it. I had visited this hotel in the past but this one was one of the best stay so far. Thanks to the team especially Siddharth.
