This review comes from a couple that stayed for 10 days so we got to experience everything at its fullest. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was amazing had so many choices even for every kind of food restrictions and even if it wasn't on the menu you could just ask and it would be done. The gym was well equipped for a hotel Gym, very clean and it also had a very calming effect. The pool was so beautiful with the trees and the flowers you could just hang out there for hours. Furthermore what makes this place unique is the wonderful staff that was the kindest staff i have ever interacted with, to the room that was big and clean with fresh water everyday and new towels. The most amazing person was Yogi that did the housekeeping and always left us cute towel animals and notes. When we came across him outside the room he always asked us if we needed something or if he could help us in some way. He was the absolute best. Oh and last tip dont forget to try the spa inside the hotel it will be a life changer 💖😁

Location is top notch, very accessible. Staff is extremely friendly. They greeted us with complimentary room decor. Room service was very quick. Overall services, ambiance and cleanliness was very good.

Washing machines and detergent for free use, great for all backpackers. Breakfast is not a buffet, but all of the dishes are more than exceptional!

Very helpful and friendly staff, helping in any way needed. The room was very clean, the bed was super-comfortable. Location is really great, not too far from center but still very quiet and calm. Beach was really nice and clean, unlike some beaches in Kuta. Amazing Spa services. Literally 6 minutes from the airport, but still not loud. Actually was great seeing the planes take off. :)

the ease of access directly into the checkin counter in one minute yay. loved the location as we didn’t feel like we were at the airport. love the premium access room. views & food!!. loved the late checkout & very accommodating staff. loved the first class massage at the spa. pool was great too. everything to love about this hotel ❤️👏👏 Breakfast & room service was great too. Perfect location to relax before our journey back. Hope to return

I always stay at Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport on my last day on Bali because it’s very close to the airport (10/15 mins drive, also with GoJek Car). Staff is really nice and welcoming, they do anything to make their customers happy 😊. The room is nice and you can find everything you need (apart from hand soap). It’s also very clean.
