Figuratively speaking, the hotel is painted with the word "luxurious" all over. Full slab marbles cover all surfaces, white wooden panels, gold listings and appliances, glass ornaments, and art pieces. It's new and sparkly. What's special about this hotel is the high ground nature of it which gives a nice cityscape view of Jakarta, especially Senayan and SCBD area. The staffs and their services are notably exceptional too. From greetings to farewell, you will feel personalised treatment and served like VIPs. I indicated during the booking that we are staying there to celebrate our wedding anniversary. They have gone above and beyond in answering to this, more than what other hotels have done. They decorated our room with pink balloons (btw pink is their color), pink petals on the bathtub, swan towels, pink macaroons with chocolate happy anniversary writings, pink cheesecake, a bottle of red wine, and a thoughtful greeting card. Thank you and kudos to the "Service Stylist" team Shera and Panji. We spent the night having dinner at Tom's. The ambiance was great, the food was okay. Once again we were surprised by a complementary cake for our anniversary. The facility we liked the most were the Sky Pool. It's an indoor warm water pool at 63th floor (which surely will give you a nice infinity view of the sky as its name sake). The outdoor pool at the 6th floor has a cute garden which give you good photo opportunities.

I never write reviews but making an exception for this hotel that exceeded my expectations. Lovely staff throughout with authentic Indonesian kindness and service. Beautiful interiors marrying modern light-filled and spacious spaces with classic and luxurious splashes of gold and color. Beautiful mosaic tableaux and sculptures from a local artist. Huge and delicious breakfast buffet including sushi and icecream! We were in the Artist Suite, perfect size for a couple and child, separate art-filled living room, the extra bed was amazingly comfortable. A dedicated butler. Beautiful outdoor pool, 24 hr gym and long walking path in the garden. Pro tip: walk less than 5 minutes into the adjoining Lotte Mall to find Kokuo Platinum for an amazing reflexology massage for 1 hour for less than USD 10. We gave up our usual preferred luxury hotel brand with initials FS for Raffles Jakarta and are so happy we did - we'll definitely return.

I usually like to stay with this hotel chain and all the time it is satisfying, All services very good personal is very cheerful and helpful, Breakfast is delicious, facilities are good Chi spa all the time best. Lamb chops are excellent even with room service.

I like the flat off course, clean, spacious, enough for grup or family, the location very good, near shopping centre, the staff very communicate, the host are very nice and have a very good service excellent, friendly. I'd like to stay here again in the future.
