Wonderful view of the castle from our balcony. Room was spacious and cleaned well. Both shower and bath in the en suite. Good selection for breakfast and helpful staff everywhere. Great location for exploring Carcassonne on foot.

Very good breakfast served by a 1-star Michelin restaurant, hotel is beautiful in the inside and outside as well, staff is kind and helpful, rooms are amazing with nice views, space and bed. Overall I've had an incredible experience and it was one of the best places I've ever stayed.
