A very comfortable and well presented decent sized apartment in a fantastic location very close to all the restaurants and bars in the Old Town which has great vibe.Although we didn’t self cater much ,the apartment is well equipped for those who wish to do so.We also spent a couple of hours in the Spa area on the roof which is very tastefully set up. Communication with the owners was great and we had no issues checking in We found getting a taxi from the airport very easy (20 euros door to door) and found it just as easy to tram to the airport when we left.(10 min walk to Colon tram station with cases) Fully recommended and thank you

Amparo the host is super friendly and willing to help. The appartment is big, has 2 bathrooms (one connected with master bedroom and second in the living room). Love also the balcony where u can sit and relax. Appartment is close to bus stop so u can easly get where you want

Esperanza, the host was lovely and very welcoming. the house was perfect for our needs. big clean house with elevator inside the house, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen (as we like to cook) and very close to the congress center. nice facilities- swimming pool and hot tub. it would be perfect for family vacations. i highly reccomend it for families coming to Valencia or for people who are attending a convention at the congress center as we did.

The apartment is located near Oceanografico and 2 large shopping centers - about 10 minutes' walk. Very convenient for tourists, because it is located on 1 floor and is easily accessible for people with luggage. Bus stops for the city center - up to 1-2 minutes, metro - 10 minutes. Quick access to the beach and the city center by public transport. Quiet three-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and equipped for permanent living. The hostess was super friendly and helpful, she has thought of everything - products in the fridge, drinks, fruit and everything for preparing hot food, cooking products, coffeе, toothpaste, shampoos and shower gels, television, internet. Extremely comfortable beds. Elena also provided us with loaded travel cards for public transport for the entire stay. She didn't mind leaving our luggage until late at night when checking out, even without payment. Communication with her is seamless and timely. Would happily use again on next visit.
