It is an amazing luxury hotel, we loved the room, as it is really spacious, has a great location, room and amenities are fantastic! The pool on the terrace with sunbath beds is a super nice touch, we loved this hotel and we will definitely come back.

The rooms were excellent with comfortable large bed. Bathroom was very clean and well equipped. Good coffee making facilities. The breakfast was very good and value for money. We had dinner in the Japanese fusion restaurant which was brilliant. The pool was great

We arrived pretty late in the night, there was someone at the reception to check us in. The room was big and tasteful, the beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast, with a lot of variety. My friend lost his luggage on the flight, the staff dealt with that, they picked it up for us while we were away. Good location, very central.

The friendliness of the host. He kindly allowed me a 23.50PM check-in. The apartment is right beside the river in the centre of Bilbao just a few minutes walk from the Guggenheim and all the main attractions of Bilbao, on the beautiful riverside walk. All public transport options very near (trains, trams, buses) and an excellent bar-restaurant just next door but still the apartment is perfectly quiet.
