The room was spacious, clean and nicely organized. Breakfast was the best I had in a hotel. Staff was also very kind. I have to mention Miss Hsiao-Ai Chen for being so cheerful and helpful. Location is good because it's very near to main station and also to Karlsplatz. We stayed as a family and my daughter liked the playground which is located just in front of the hotel, in the park.

Room was spacious enough and very quiet (back of the hotel), bed was good. Bathroom was fine and everything was very clean. The on-site restaurant is great (I cannot comment on the breakfast though as I didn't have that). There was a tiny balcony and a rooftop terrace for smokers. There is a gay sauna at the same premises, but with a somewhat separate entrance (didn't go there).

The Sauna, the rooftop pool, the Spa area was amazing, it really gave us what we really wanted. The breakfast was diverse, you find eggs, fruit, sausages, coffee, waffles, cheese, bread variety. The parking is big enough so I had no problem finding a spot. The restaurant is small and have few options only but ok.
