We had planned to leave our bags at the hotel the morning we arrived and instead they very kindly rearranged our rooms so we could have a room that was available ! Spa and pool was wonderful, very relaxing, clean and we had a great time. Location is decent, short walk to the lake and super close to bus stops. Plenty of pillows. Great choise at breakfast, fine dinning. Very kind personel. Lots of parking places. Room to store bycicles (locked). The heated outdoor and indoor pools were wonderful, as were the selection of different saunas. I also had a very relaxing massage and the food was healthy and tasty.
